Hi, I'm Sabrina.
Hi, I'm the face behind Charcuterie Bar Creations! I'm a wife of 19 years, a proud mom of two amazing children, and I've called Eugene, Oregon, home for the past 19 years.
I've always had a love for charcuterie, beautiful food displays, and bringing people together. What started as a passion for creating something delicious and beautiful has grown into a dream of building something fun, unique, and exciting for our community.
I'm so excited to bring a new charcuterie experience to the area with our personalized mobile charcuterie cart! Our cart can travel to just about any location and offers a two-hour service where each guest is personally served, creating a more intimate, interactive, and memorable experience.
This business is truly a labor of love, and I'm beyond excited for this next chapter. I look forward to meeting new faces, connecting with our community, celebrating special moments, and growing this business one beautiful charcuterie board at a time.
